43. What is the return policy?

Prior to any return, and within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the order, the customer must notify his intention to retract by email to the following address: info@mccpdistribution.ch. An agreement will be sent to the customer within two working days of his/her request to return the order. Products returned without prior agreement may be refused.

The customer must return the product no later than seven days after communicating his or her decision to withdraw. Products will only be accepted if they are returned in their original condition and packaging, complete and accompanied by the sales invoice (so that the customer can be identified).

The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer. Transport of returned products is the responsibility of the customer.

The return of all products will result in a refund equal to the total amount paid by the customer, i.e. the purchase price of the product(s) purchased. MCCP Distribution will make the refund within 14 days of receipt of the products and validation by customer service. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used by the customer.
